Cancellation policy
Cancellation and Early Termination of Stay
1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a substitute tenant who enters into the contract under the same terms, the following proportional rents (excluding final cleaning) are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses, provided that re-renting is not possible:
Cancellation -up to 42 days before the start of the rental: Free of charge
-up to 35 days before the start of the rental: 30% of the rental price
-up to 21 days before the start of the rental: 60% of the rental price
-up to 14 days before the start of the rental: 90% of the rental price
-otherwise (later than 14 days before the start of the rental) 100% of the rental price.
Nevertheless, the landlord will attempt to re-rent the property.
The tenant can always prove that the damage incurred was less.
2) If the tenant terminates the stay early, they remain obligated to pay the full rental price.
3) A cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The date of receipt by the landlord is decisive.

Host informationWe are a couple from NRW, with roots in Austria, who decided to turn our "dream" of a fully organically built "eco-cabin" into reality. The interior construction, including the furniture, proved to be a challenge, as we built most of it ourselves following old models (we are not trained craftsmen). In 2014, after tons of sweat, blood, and wood splinters, the Lederhuberhütte was completed, followed later by the Austadl. Thus, these cabins have become not an "investment object" for us, but a part of our lifestyle.

Eine wunderschöne Hütte und ein super tolles und freundliches Skigebiet für Familien. Können es nur weiterempfehlen. Es fehlt an nichts. Einfach schön, dass wir da sein duften.
