Villa Hill Top is a beautifully located modern villa with great sea views of the bay of St Tropez. The village and the beach of Les Issambres are about 5 car-minutes from the villa.
The villa faces south/south-west, so you are assured of sunshine! Of course, there are also plenty of shady spots, such as the covered terrace at the outdoor kitchen behind the pool. This villa is fully air-conditioned, has 3 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, and there is an extra room/office which can be used to place a cot. This makes the villa available for up to 7 people.
The layout of the villa is as follows: driveway/entrance, space for 2 cars. Bright living room/lounge with glass wall across the entire width of the room with beautiful sea views! In the living room, the fireplace is situated so that you can enjoy a wonderful holiday in this villa even in the middle or low season!
The open staircase leads to the first floor with the first bedroom equipped with an en-suite shower, toilet and washbasin.
The modern kitchen connects to the living room, is equipped with all appliances and has a cosy dining area. On the other side of the living room is the extra room/office which can also be used as an extra children's (baby) room.
Bedroom 2 and 3 are on the living room level and also have their own modern bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet Furthermore, all bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and their own air conditioning unit.
Outside the villa are spacious terraces with several seating areas and sun loungers, and from every spot you have great sea views. There is plenty of space to play, eat, read or just relax and enjoy the sun. The swimming pool (9x4m) with outdoor shower is waiting for you!
Behind the pool is a summer kitchen with gas BBQ situated with a covered terrace with sitting and dining area. The villa is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and offers a lot of privacy.

Les Issambres with its cosy restaurants and bars is located between Saint Raphaël/Frejus and Ste. Maxime. From the port, the 'bateau vert', a bus-boat to St Tropez, among others, sails with great regularity (3 x per hour). Highly recommended!
The coverred terrace with ample seating, dining area and sun loungers offers a pool (9x4xm) with outside shower and a great sea-view and enough space to enjoy the sun.

Les Issambres with its charming restaurants and beach bars, located between Frejus and Ste. Maxime. Also has its own harbor where you can go with the ‘bateau vert’, a bus-boat to St. Tropez by sea!

This stretch of the Riviera is known for its beautiful sandy beaches.
