The detached holiday home Villa Paola with a sunny garden behind an oleander hedge and the large, private pool area is located outside of a small hamlet, 1km from the village. The county town of Imperia with small shops and restaurants and the sandy beaches is nine kilometers from here. The house with the foundations of the 15th century is over two floors. On 100 sqm interior is on the ground floor the spacious entrance area, the large kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.), a double bedroom (160 x 200), the large dining room and a TV room with a comfortable sofa bed for two guests and a shower room (ceiling height 2 m ). Upstairs are 2 more bedrooms (1 x with double bed 160 x 200 and 1 with 2 single beds 90 x 200) and a comfortable showerroom.
The large, well-kept garden offers sunny lawns and shady spots under the old khaki tree. Deckchairs, dining area with barbecue and sun lounger leave nothing to be desired. Opposite the house is the separate, private pool area. Around the oval pool (12 x 3,5, 1,20 - 1,60) are also sun beds, a shower and plenty of space to play and relax. But also on the roof terrace with panoramic views or on the small, sheltered terrace in front of the house is possible to relax. Everyone can find his favorite place quickly.
Even four-legged guests are welcome. (However, please note that a holiday with children that some terraces and stairs and the pool are not protected by railings).
Up to three cars have space on the private parking space in front of the house. The gas central heating makes a break on cooler days possible.

In the case of cancellation between 49 and 30 days prior to the commencement of the holiday, 50% of the total price will be charged.
In the case of cancellation within 29 days or less prior to the commencement of the holiday, 90% of the services booked will be charged.
In the case of a late arrival or early departure, irrespective of the reasons, we will invoice 100% of the booked service.
