Cancellation policy
Cancellation and early departure:
If the tenant cancels the contract prior to the start of the rental period, the following proportional rental costs are to be paid as reparation for offsetting the expenses saved, provided that another rental is not possible:
Cancellation up to
- 49 days prior to start of rental: 25% of the rental price
- 35 days prior to start of rental: 50% of the rental price
- 21 days prior to start of rental: 70% of the rental price
- 14 days prior to start of rental: 90% of the rental price
- less than 14 days prior to start of rental: 100% of the rental price.
3. In case of an early departure, the lessee is obliged to pay the rental fee in full.
The landlord recommends taking out travel cancellation insurance.
A cancellation can only be made in writing to the landlord. The day of receipt of the declaration by the landlord is authoritative.

On the Vorderen Höri on Lower Lake Constance, nestled in an idyllic recreational landscape, lies the community of Moos with its districts Bankholzen, Iznang, Moos and Weiler.
The holiday home Strandhaus Rivalago is located in Iznang, within close proximity to a nature reserve. A primarily agricultural area as the remainder of the undeveloped harbour of Lake Constance where typical products of the region can be grown.

Host informationChristoph was lucky enough to grow up in this beautiful area and has spent a lot of time in this wonderful holiday home since his childhood. Sira, in turn, was lucky enough to meet Christoph and experience the fascinating atmosphere of this place since their first summer together. We associate the house with many happy and carefree moments together with friends and family.
In 2015 we decided to fully renovate the house and have created this special beach house on Lake Constance with a phenomenal amount of joy and now we want to share this happiness with others.
We welcome you and wish you a relaxing and unforgettable holiday at Lake Constance!
