Die Beschreibung des Objekts beim Reiseveranstalter sollte ergänzt werden, weil die jetzige die tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten nicht korrekt darstellt. Die Fotos vermitteln den Eindruck, dass das Ferienhaus und der Pool fast alleinliegend und zusammenhängend von Weinreben und Olivenbäumen umgeben sind. Tatsächlich befindet sich zwischen Pool und FH eine Garage. Der Pool liegt zwischen den beiden Häusern der Eigentümer, das eine Haus ist vom FH ca. 30m und das andere ca. 50m entfernt. Die Aussage, dass der Pool den Gästen zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung steht, sollte dahingehend ergänzt werden, dass auch die Eigentümer und deren Kinder/Enkel den Pool nutzen. Auf der anderen Seite befindet sich das Nachbargrundstück mit Haus, Garage etc. Es wird auch mit Technik dort gearbeitet, teilweise ab 7 Uhr morgens.
