Holiday Apartments Villa Verde on Lake Garda, a new structure, located in the immediate outskirts of Riva del Garda, quiet area, surrounded by greenery. Designed and based on a modern and elegant style to meet your demands of comfort. Its location is ideal for lovers of the lake and sports it offers, such as swimming, sailing, canoeing and windsurfing. For lovers of the wind, along the beach are windsurfing schools, in addition to the picturesque port St. Nicolò, where you can moor your boat.
Getting there
If you wish to reach the Garda trentino by CAR the motorway A22 (Modena-Brennero) is the fastest way.
The exit is “Rovereto- Sud – Lago di Garda nord" 17 kms. from Riva del Garda. Arriving from Brescia you should travel about 80 kms. along the state road 45 bis (West Gardesana) which takes you to Riva del Garda; the stretch of the road between Gargnano and Riva has many tunnels and is rather narrow.
The East Gardesana (state road 249) is wider and easier to drive, but beware as during the tourist season there is often heavy traffic around Lake Garda.

Unsere Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet insbesondere die Küche. Die Matratzen der Betten könnten etwas bequemer sein. Der Fahrradkeller ist optimal für Biker. Die Wohnung ist modern. In die Stadt und an See sind es fußläufig ca. 30-40 Minuten, ein Fahrrad ist empfehlenswert. Etwas nervig ist die Durchgangsstraße die ein geöffnetes Schlafzimmerfenster in der Nacht nicht zulässt. Es ist sehr laut, bei geschlossenem Fenster ist es ok. Ansonsten war es ein gelungener Aufenthalt.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Ferienwohnung. Netter Vermieter, tolle Ausstattung (sogar Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine) und ein sehr gepflegtes, sauberes Haus. Wir hatten 3 Schlafzimmer, ein geräumiges, modernes Bad und eine offene Küche (mit großem Tisch) zum Wohnbereich hin. Auch 2 kleine Balkone sind vorhanden. Im Keller kann man in großer Zahl seine Fahrräder sicher unterbringen. Auch die Möglichkeit seine Bikes zu waschen ist gegeben. Für Radsportler eine perfekte Wohnung für 6 Personen.
Zu Fuß sind es zum See und zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit sicherlich 20 Minuten strammer Fußmarsch. In die Altstadt von Riva gute 30 Minuten..... ein Fahrrad ist sehr zu empfehlen. Lage ist aber auf alle Fälle sehr ruhig.
