The bungalow is built as a semi-detached house. A large lawn area in front of the terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture, offers you the desired freedom and relaxation. The bathroom, as well as the living area with an open kitchen, are very functionally equipped for your stay.
The 2 bedrooms in the back part of the house provide you with the necessary peace to relax and sleep, with 2x single/double beds. The price includes bed linen and free use of the swimming pool area for all guests. Heating and cable TV are part of the basic equipment. The cable operator determines the programs. We have no influence.
The WIFI internet can be used free of charge, and trips and events can be planned accordingly.

Excursions to the Frisian Islands, the North Sea beaches - Amsterdam about 1 hour's drive away - or as a shopping event, the Batavia Outlet Paradise in Lelystad.
Right behind the dike in a small, manageable bungalow park, you'll find our Family Bungalow P# 2-4.
It's the short distances and the great starting point for such interesting activities like boat tours, surfing, stand-up paddling, cycling, fishing, or just taking a stroll that make this location special. You can reach the center of Lemmer with its beautiful quaint shops and cozy pubs and restaurants, as well as the well-known German discount supermarkets, in less than a 5-minute drive.
When you book with us, you will receive detailed travel documents approximately 2 weeks before the start of your trip. A fantastic holiday awaits you.
Our check-in times are from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, allowing you to arrive at our property relaxed.

To make it easier for you and your holiday planning, we are offering special cancellation conditions for 2021, deviating from our general rental terms.
Here you have the opportunity to book your trip in peace and, if desired, to cancel it.
The conditions in detail:
You have the option to cancel booked trips up to:
4 weeks before the start of the trip.
The cost for you then is only 30% of the invoice amount.
For short-term trips and arrivals under 4 weeks, the full travel price is due in the event of cancellation.
We can offer you a free rebooking to a later date in 2021. However, rebooked trips will then be subject to a 100% charge in the event of a later cancellation.
A travel voucher or transfer to the next year is not possible.
Pets are generally excluded from cancellation.
We offer free cancellation:
if we are no longer allowed to provide you with the bungalow. Also, if an absolute travel ban (not a travel warning) is issued by the Foreign Office. Quarantine conditions do not constitute a reason for withdrawal for us.
These withdrawal conditions are valid from 01.02.2021 to 15.12.2022 and replace the withdrawal conditions in the current rental terms.
