Cancellation policy
Rental conditions
•The rental contract is binding for both parties when the rental agreement is signed.
•If the guest cancels the apartment prepared under contract, the landlord has a right to damages.
This is 80% of the rental price according to the rental agreement under the Civil Code section 535 at the beginning of the rental period.
The landlord is obligated to try to rent the property again if the travellers cancel to ensure optimal use, and if that is the case, there are no fees for that period.
The guest is also authorized to name a replacement guest.
Naturally, the fee for the rented apartment will not be charged twice.
The guest will be informed by us if it is rented.
•The cancellation of the rented apartment must be done in writing.
•There is no cancellation insurance included in the rental price.
We recommend taking insurance out for your own security.
•The daily rental rate is the price per night.
•Late arrival or early departure due to poor weather, sickness or unpredictable events do not release the renter from paying damages.
•For serious reasons, there is a right of cancellation for the apartment without notification.

Holiday destination
All of the famous hiking and excursion destinations are easy to reach from our house. There is a viewing tower with unique panoramic view nearby. About 10 km to the Czech border. You can reach Dresden on the S-bahn from Bad Schandau.
Near our holiday home you'll find the Königstein fortress, bastion, cliff stage, Lilienstein, Brand Schrammsteine and many hiking trails.
Getting there
Motorway to Pirna, from there on the B172 to Königstein - Bad Schandau.
Rathmannsdorf is a neighboring village to Bad Schandau, our holiday apartment is located on the Rathmansdorfer Höhe.
You reach it via Bad Schandau-Altendorf.

Eigentlich gibt es nicht zu sagen/schreiben und auf der anderen Seite soooo viel... Die Ferienwohnung im Umgebindehaus der Familie Schubert ist einfach perfekt, sicher auch für 4 Personen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man in einer Wohnung braucht und noch viel mehr. Man kann backen, kochen, grillen und essen gehen. Der Weg nach Czechien um gut und preiswert zu essen ist nicht weit, die Gastgeber können da sicher und gern den einen oder anderen Tipp geben. Die Gästekarte kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen für die Erkundung der Umgebung. Auch wenn das nichts mit der FeWo zu tun hat.
Zudem ist es ein familiäres miteinander, wenn man das als Gast annimmt. Und bei Fragen stehen die Gastgeber immer zur Verfügung. Alles in allem kann ich die Gastgeber nur wärmstens empfehlen.
