Our old olive mill is situated in the plains of Montegrosso, below the ancient villages, from where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Bay of Calvi. The high mountains with the starting point for the GR20 trail can be reached in 30 minutes. The coastal towns of Calvi and Ile Rousse are about 18 km apart, with numerous beaches in between for swimming and diving. A special excursion leads to the Fango Valley with its refreshing swimming holes and many hiking trails. Balagne offers countless opportunities to make your holidays varied.

Upon conclusion of the rental agreement, 20% of the rental price is due. This amount must be paid immediately with the reservation order. You will then receive a binding booking confirmation from us.
If you cancel without providing a replacement tenant, the following applies: The deposit is forfeited in any case. If you withdraw from the 42nd to the 29th day before the start of the rental period, you remain obligated to pay an additional 40% of the rental price; in the case of later cancellation or no-show, or if you leave early, you are required to pay the remaining rental balance.
