Cancellation policy
Please note the following reservation conditions: The rental period begins at 5:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
Upon conclusion of the rental agreement, 20% of the rental price is due. This amount must be paid immediately with the reservation order. You will then receive a binding booking confirmation from us.
If you cancel without providing a replacement tenant, the following applies: The deposit is forfeited in any case. If you withdraw from the 42nd to the 29th day before the start of the rental period, you remain obligated to pay an additional 40% of the rental price; in the case of later cancellation or no-show, or if you leave early, you are required to pay the remaining rental balance.
