This rustic house with 340 m2 is distributed over two floors and has 5 bedrooms. The only bedroom on the ground floor is equipped with a single bed and a wardrobe. The remaining bedrooms are on the first floor; three of them with one double bed each. The fourth room on the upper floor comes with one double bed and one bunk bed. Besides, one double bedroom offers a bath en-suite with shower and bathtub. Two more bathrooms are available, one on each floor. The ground floor bathroom features a shower and the bath on the first storey has a bathtub. A cot and a high chair are available on request.
There are two lounges; one equipped with a sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, TV and piano, and one living-dining room equipped with a sofa, a coffee table, a dining table with chairs and a fireplace. The kitchen with the gas stove and in the same space, has all the necessary cooking utensils. A washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board are also available. The apartment counts with oil central heating.

Tourist Lisence: VT/1876
The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55 euro/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 euro/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. Son Mesquida is located 3 km from Felanitx, with all kinds of services. In Felanitx Sunday is a market day. You can find there different local producs and crafts, fruits, vegetables, textiles, etc. On Saturdays there is a market in Santanyi.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
