Due to the proximity of the train station (10 min walking distance) you can reach the Moselle cities of Trier and Koblenz by train, which not only invite you to go shopping with their monuments of Roman history, but also with their picturesque city centres.

Sports enthusiasts can conquer the via ferrata in the steepest vineyard in Europe ("Calmont") or use the numerous hiking trails (hiking guides available).
Mit dem Auto über die A48 (Kobenz-Trier) Abfahrt Kaisersesch nehmen und über Landkern und das malerische Tal der wilden Endert nach Cochem fahren. Über die Moselbrücke gelangt man in den Ortsteil Cond und hält sich am Ende der Brücke links (Bergstraße). 2 Parkplätze (ausgeschildert) direkt gegenüber der Villa.
Anreise mit dem Zug bis zum Bahnhof Cochem, von dort ist die Villa über die nördliche Moselbrücke fußläufig zu erreichen.
