Holiday destination
Polchow - an old fishermen's valley situated at the "Jasmunder Bodden" in the centre of Ruegen. From here you have direct access to the "Jasmunder Bodden". Here, directly located at the water you can enjoy unique sundowns. The little beach at the "Bodden" is only 150m apart. By bike you only need 15 minutes to the Baltic Sea at the Schaabe to Glowe.
Chalk coast, Binz, Sassnitz or Kap Arkona can be reached quite comfortable.
Getting there
Via the motorway A20 you can reach Stralsund directly from Prenzlau (A11) or Lübeck (A1) or Rostock (A19). Arrived at Rügen you follow the B96 in direction to Sassnitz. At Sagard you turn left on the traffic light in direction to Altenkirchen and JasMar Therme. Passing the supermarket "Aldi". After 2 km you turn left to Polchow and you drive down through the village until the water. Just before the left turn you can go left - there is a gravel road at its end there you see the yellow Schwedenhaus - welcome!

Am Anreisetag mussten wir noch 1,5 Std warten,da das Haus noch nicht hergerichtet war.Anreise war ab 16:00 Uhr möglich.Von innen sehr nett....Aber auch nicht hochwertig ausgestattet. Wohnzimmertische aus Plastik...Einige Möbel wackeln sehr...Terrasse war schon älter, eine Bohle eingebrochen...Haus von aussen hätte gut eine Reinigung vertragen. Viel Schmutz an den Dachbalken. Außenanlagen im Eingangsbereich nicht gut gepflegt. Mülltonnen waren bei Ankunft schon voll....Da auch die dazugehörigen zwei Ferienwohnungen im Garten diese mitbenutzen. Das Geschirr musste von uns komplett nochmal gereinigt werden...Von daher erscheint uns der Preis für die Endreinigung überdenkenswert.
Die Lage ist nett, nah am Boden, sehr Ruhig!, Schlafen konnte man gut und bequem. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet.

Sehr nettes und top ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in sehr ruhiger Lage. Uns hat vorallem der tolle Garten mit der einladenden Terasse gefallen.
Die Küche ist modern und professionell Ausgestattet. Die Strandnähe des Ferienhauses ist ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt. Die Meinung meiner Vorrednerin, es wäre nicht gut gereinigt kann ich in keinster Weise teilen. Wir haben hier einen tollen Urlaub verbracht und können das Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen.
