Cancellation policy
Cancellation and travel interruption
If the tenant cancels the contract before arrival without finding a replacement tenant who will assume the contract at the same conditions, damages must be paid minus the saved expenses (excluding final cleaning), if the property cannot be rented further:
-up to 49 days before the rental period begins: 10% of the rental fee
-up to 35 days before the rental period begins: 30% of the rental fee
-up to 21 days before the rental period begins: 60% of the rental fee
-up to 14 days before the rental period begins: 90% of the rental fee
otherwise (less than 14 days before the rental period begins): 100% of the rental fee

Holiday destination
Since 1994, Quedlinburg has been on the UNESCO list of world heritage sites. With its great number of timbered houses Quedlingburg is one of the biggest memorial areas in Germany.
In the historic old town with its cobbled streets, winding alleyways and little squares you'll find over 2000 half-timbered houses from eight centuries, some as old as eight hundred years.
The Harz, with its hiking and winter sports destinations is only a few minutes away by car, as well as other tourist attractions such as the towns of Thale with Bodevalley, Wernigerode and the Brocken mountain.
Getting there
Via the B6n, QLB-Nord exit (B79):
Drive to the entrance to Quedlinburg, turn left at the first light via Halberstädter Strasse, Goethe Strasse and Donndorfstrasse, turn right into Weberstrasse and drive to the end and turn left in to the Steinweg.

Magdeburger Strasse, Oeringer Strasse, Kleersstraße, An den Fischteichen

Host informationThe property has been in the possession of the Mechel family since 1911. Martina and Christian Mechel bought it in 1993 from the family community of heirs. Since 1993 to the present it has been renovated under architectural guidance with great expense and care, all in accordance with historical building regulations.

Die hier beschriebene FEWO ist großzügig zugeschnitten und bietet reichlich Platz in ruhiger Lage. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es sind nur wenige Gehminuten über Kopfsteinpflaster in die Innenstadt.
