The apartment has a great location in terms of traffic, with good public transport connection in all directions of Vienna: -Tram 31: in front of the house, goes to the centre (final station Schottentor) -U6 station Jägerstraße: within walking distance (7 minutes) to station Spittelau, then U4 (to the centre) -U4 station Spittelau: 10 minute by foot, to the centre (Schwedenplatz) -Tram Traisengasse: 1500m, direct connection to the airport There are many parking spots close to the apartment. Affordable long-stay parking garage close by (max. 12€ per day, 8 minutes by foot to the apartment)

Wir können alles, was in der Beschreibung steht, voll und ganz bestätigen. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die stylisch eingerichtete Wohnung total ruhig und bei den hohen sommerlichen Temperaturen angenehm kühl. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt, nicht zuletzt durch den außergewöhnlich herzlichen Empfang durch Edda und Helfried. Nicht nur, dass sie uns mit wertvollenTipps für Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe versorgt haben, sie haben uns auch noch einen der begehrten Parkplätze vor dem Haus frei gehalten. Unsere Fahrräder waren im Innenhof sicher untergebracht. Die Lage der Wohnung war für uns ideal. Ca. 2 km bis zur Innenstadt und ca. 500 m entfernt vom Donaukanal, der zum Radeln auch in die Umgebung einlädt.

Wir haben uns in dieser schönen Wohnung sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Sie liegt verkehrsgünstig, die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustür, das Zentrum von Wien in nur 40 Minuten auch fußläufig erreichbar. Alle Läden für den tägl. Bedarf in direkter Nähe, frisches Obst und Gemüse, auch Fleisch, auf dem nahen Hannovermarkt zu erhalten. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, so wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Es gibt einen riesengroßen Kleiderschrank in dem wirklich alles Platz hat. Und vor allem genügend Kleiderbügel !!!! Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Dies ist nicht in jeder FeWo so üblich. Helfried und Edda sind überaus herzlich und aufmerksam, geben auch Insider-Tipps für Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir genossen unseren Aufenthalt und kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.
