Cancellation policy
In the event of a cancellation of a booking, cancellation fees of 80.00 euros are always payable.
In the event of a cancellation:
- up to 30 days before the start of the rental period 30%
- from 30 days to 14 days before the start of the rental period 40%
- from 14 days to 7 days before the start of the rental period 50%
- from 7 days before the start of the rental period 100% of the agreed rental costs confirmed in writing in the rental contract must be paid.
If the property is only partially re-rented during the time you have cancelled, this will be taken into account when calculating the shortfall to be paid. If the property can be re-rented for the entire period, only the processing fees of 80.00 euros for the additional effort incurred will be charged. These costs are incurred for each cancellation. Any difference between the new rental (last-minute price) and your rental price will also be taken into account. To avoid possible loss payments, we recommend that you take out appropriate travel cancellation insurance. If you let the 4-week deadline (payment target before the start of the trip) pass without informing us, we reserve the right to cancel the rental contract we have concluded with you. We will offer new interested parties the opportunity to reserve your booked period. We reserve the right to claim damages from you in such a case. The cancellation will be made in the form of a registered letter.

They organize not just tournaments, but also an afternoon at the sports center. Here, the "Zwerfroute" can be completed. Climbing, scrambling, abseiling, jumping, or canoeing. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Mit das tollste: die Fliegengitter! Wir waren sehr begeistert, ein weiterer Aufenthalt ist schon gebucht.

Wir hatten eine schöne Pfingst-Woche in Renesse im Chalet von Familie Kreischer! Der Campingplatz sowie die Umgebung hat uns gut gefallen!
Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert und wir können das Chalet weiterempfehlen!
Besonders haben wir uns immer über den sehr freundlichen Kontakt zu Familie Kreischer gefreut!
Beim Punkt Ausstattung geben wir lieb gemeinte 4 Punkte, weil uns persönlich eine Spülmaschine gefehlt hat.
Aber das ist meckern auf ganz hohem Niveau!
