The beautiful and high-quality furnished natural stone finca is located in a rural and quiet area about 4 km from the town of Canyamel. Canyamel offers small shopping facilities, cafes, and good restaurants. On Wednesdays, there is a colorful weekly market in Capdepera. In the surrounding area, there are three beautiful 18-hole (Capdepera, Canyamel, Pula) and one 9-hole golf course (Son Servera), as well as the most beautiful beaches of the northeast such as Cala Agulla.
