the apartment in our house "Casa degli Archi" is only 3 km from the nearest village with shops, restaurants, etc., but despite a good road connections very quiet (really hardly any traffic on the small country-road)
Our well-kept and very large garden (5000 sqm) on 2 levels offers many quiet corners - sunny and shady - for reading, lounging and relaxing - it reigns there almost heavenly peace.
Our pool is in the upper garden, surrounded by a terrace with loungers, a small wood + 100 year old oak - a green oasis.
The pool is 4x8 meters in size, with overflow edge, internal staircase, salt water - no chlorine.
We also have table tennis, table football (foosball), barbecue and parking on the property. Wi-fi available.

The foundation in Tuscany for us as a family put my husband more than 40 years ago with the purchase of an old flour mill+ its renovation. Over the years I have begun besides our own flats to offer also those of our friends (flats/houses 2-30 pers.)
