Conveniently located within easy reach of the A4 highway in Desenzano, the many highlights, attractions and leisure activities of Lake Garda are within easy reach.
The Lido di Lonato and Coco Beach promises a classic day out and can be reached in just 15 minutes by car. Golfing fans can reach the Garda Golf country club (4 minutes by car), Arzaga Golf Club, the famous peninsula of Sirmione (30 minutes by car) whilst water fans can soak up the array of watersport and boat activities on the lake, as well as Gardaland, 35 minutes drive away and Caneva World water park, just 40 minutes drive away.
The cultural delights of Verona and its airport can be reached in just 30 minutes by train from the train-station of Desenzano, as Venezia and Milano are also easy to reach by train or by car.

The location is nice. The view is great. The villa interior is “old traditional”. The owners (very polite & kind) live upstairs & appear regularly as the pool is shared. The Wi-Fi is poor in most rooms. I get the impression it’s the owners Wi-Fi beaming down from upstairs. I did not see a router in the living area. The description says the place has AC. True, it has a unit in the kitchen. Far away from the bedrooms & no affect on the lounge area. Fans have been provided in the bedrooms. It was worth what we paid. We had a happy time & would stay again.
