Villa Weiss is a fully air-conditioned villa in the southeast of Cape Coral, bordering a wide, peaceful canal. Your rental boat can be lowered into the water without any effort with our boat lift. A 10-minute boat ride along the Fermi Canal will get you onto the Caloosahatchee River. You'll be able to observe animals such as pelicans, dolphins, manatees, and much more on the way to the Gulf of Mexico - just fantastic! You're welcome to take our second kayak on a trip through the mangroves in Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve. Right when you get into the villa, you'll have a lovely view of the living room through to the pool area and canal. The master bedroom and master bathroom have a walk-in shower and bathtub, and can be found on the left side of the house. The three other bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the right side of the house. The south-facing lanai also contains a large outdoor kitchen with a grill and two cooking areas. The large, heated pool (not solar) and pool area have plenty of recliners so that you can relax.

Supermarkets and pharmacies are easy to reach. You only take 10 minutes to get to Caloosahatchee River by boat. There are no bridges.
A nice restaurant is located by the canal and is only a five minute walkway far away.
Cape Coral is 35 minutes far away located from the airport in Fort Myers (RSW).
