Within a short drive, you can reach two summer toboggan runs, one in Kaprun and another in Saalfelden, as well as a toboggan run in Bruck that operates during the winter.
Holiday destination
The Grossglockner High Alpine Road and the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier are right on your doorstep. In the morning, ski on the glacier and by noon, take a swim in Lake Zell.
Hiking on sunny grassy mountains, you can recharge your energy at the mountain pastures. The famous Kitzlochklamm offers a tremendous wild water natural spectacle.
In winter, thanks to our central location, you can reach the well-known winter sports areas in no time. Of course, non-skiers will also fully enjoy their time.

Coming from the north, take the Munich-Salzburg motorway, about 30 km before Salzburg take the Inzell exit, Lofer, Saalfelden, Zell/See, Bruck, Gries, Högmoss, (toll sticker not required)

The access to our house is regularly cleared of snow during the winter months, and grit is also spread. Please note that on some winter days you may need snow chains (for several hours).

Angefangen beim sehr herzlichen Empfang, über die sehr große und wirklich sehr saubere Ferienwohnung mit Garten und Terrassenzugang, hin zu sehr vielen schönen Ausflugszielen in der Umgebung, war unser Aufenthalt rundum perfekt.
Die große Wohnküche ist voll ausgestattet und lädt zum gemeinsamen Kochen ein.
Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und bietet neben bequemen Sitzmöglichkeiten einen wunderschönen Blick in die Berge.
Wir wurden von den beiden Gastgebern stets mit guten Ausflugszielen und Tipps für Wanderungen versorgt.
Unsere Hundeoma war auch herzlich willkommen und hat genau wie wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
Alles Gute für die beiden sehr herzlichen Gastgeber und vielen Dank für die schöne, aber wie immer zu kurze Zeit!

Wir hatten als Familie von 4 einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung.
Renate und Hans sind sehr gastfrei und freundlich. Die Wohnung ist gross, gemütlich und sehr sauber und alles ist vorhanden.
Die kurze Strecke hoch am Berg, lohnt sich mit eine tolle Aussicht auf den Bergen.
Es war für uns wirklich einen Traumferien!
