Cancellation policy
Cancellation by the renter
a) The renter can cancel the rental contract in writing before the beginning of the rental period. The time the landlord receives the written cancellation is the time of cancellation.
b) If the renter cancels the rental contract, they must pay a flat fee for the expenses incurred by the landlord and the lost revenue in the following amounts:
Cancellation up to 60 days before the rental period starts: free
Cancellation up to 30 days before the rental period starts: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the rental period starts: 100% of the rental price

Holiday destination
The holiday home is in the historic centre of Rieden, directly on the Rieden Waldsee path.
The Waldsee (bathing lake) is only about 1 km away. There is a lovely playground right on the lake for the children. Bike and boat rentals and various restaurants can be reached on foot.
The holiday home is an ideal starting point for swimming, hiking, cycling and releaxing.
The bakery with a corner shop is about 100 metres away and has the best rolls and bread in the Eifel.
Getting there
1. A61 exit Wehr/Nürburgring (Exit 33)
2. B412 toward the Nürburgring (about 6 km)
3. Exit at Rieden
4. Take a left toward Rieden
5. Pass through the entrance to Rieden and take a left at Hubertusstrasse.
6. Take a right onto Oberstrasse at the end of the street.
7. The house is 100 m further on the right side

Mit 2 Hunden durften wir 1 Woche Auszeit im Ferienhaus Lemon Tree genießen. Das Haus war für uns perfekt ausgestattet, selbst Gewürze zum Kochen waren in größerer Auswahl vorhanden. Echt klasse! Unsere Hunde haben es, so wie auch wir, genossen, sich nach den Wanderungen im Garten und/oder im Haus auszuruhen. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Geschlafen haben wir echt super - ich habe sonst häufig Probleme mit Kopfkissen/Matratze/Lautstärke von außen - das alles war hier nicht der Fall. Die Region bietet eine Vielzahl an Wander- und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Die Natur ist wunderschön und die Menschen der Region sehr herzlich u freundlich. Für uns war es der perfekte Urlaub, so dass wir für 2025 wieder gebucht haben. Vielen Dank für dieses schöne Urlaubs-Zuhause!
