This chalet offers 3 furnished terraces (2 of them can be accessed from 2 of the bedrooms on the 1st floor). The chalet is surrounded by a 24 m² porch where you can enjoy wonderful evenings outdoors with family and friends. Near the porch there is also 1 fixed barbecue where you can enjoy cooking outdoors. Besides all this, this property has a gym with 2 machines on the 1st floor, and an area in the courtyard where you can play basketball and table tennis. The privacy of this villa is partial and has outside space to park 5 vehicles!

In this paved area you will also find 1 outdoor shower where you can rinse off when coming from the beach or after a walk around the field. At the same time, on the outside of villa there are fruit trees and a 90 m² fenced in lawn area, which is perfect for younger children to enjoy.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
