This chalet offers 3 furnished terraces (2 of them can be accessed from 2 of the bedrooms on the 1st floor). The chalet is surrounded by a 24 m² porch where you can enjoy wonderful evenings outdoors with family and friends. Near the porch there is also 1 fixed barbecue where you can enjoy cooking outdoors. Besides all this, this property has a gym with 2 machines on the 1st floor, and an area in the courtyard where you can play basketball and table tennis. The privacy of this villa is partial and has outside space to park 5 vehicles!
The air-conditioned living room with fireplace is the ideal place to relax watching satellite TV, a DVD movie or reading a good book. The furnished dining room is open to the living room and there you can enjoy long after dinner talks with your loved ones. The property’s kitchen has everything you need to unleash your imagination cooking your best dishes, including gas stove. The property has 1 separate laundry room where you will find 1 washing machine, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. There are a total of 4 bedrooms in the property, 1 with 1 double bed and the other 3 with 2 single beds. All rooms are air conditioned, have wardrobes and you have access to 1 crib for the little children. This chalet has a very large landscaped exterior. It features a chlorine 9x4,5m pool, with a depth ranging from 1.30m to 1.85m. Around the pool there is a 70 m² paved area in which you can relax in one of 10 sun loungers available and where there is also 1 umbrella. In this paved area you will also find 1 outdoor shower where you can rinse off when coming from the beach or after a walk around the field. At the same time, on the outside of villa there are fruit trees and a 90 m² fenced in lawn area, which is perfect for younger children to enjoy.

The owners are committed to sustainability, so the house uses solar panels and also has an electric vehicle charging station.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
