Cancellation policy
a. Every cancellation must first be communicated to SSH by phone and then also in writing.
b. Points 7c-d-e-f apply in case of cancellation without the cancellation fund offered by SSH, or in case of cancellation (less than) 2 weeks before arrival.
c. In the event of a cancellation after 8 days and up to 3 months before the start of the rental period, 15% of the net rent will be charged.
d. 50% of the net rent will be charged if the cancellation occurs within 3 months to 1 month before the start of the rental period.
e. 75% of the net rent will be charged if the cancellation occurs within 1 month to 1 week before the start of the rental period.
f. 100% of the net rent will be charged if the cancellation occurs less than 1 week before the start of the rental period or if the rental period has already begun.
g. In the event of a cancellation, the mediation fee and the associated cancellation costs of €28 will be charged.

Getting there
From the Heerlen border crossing, follow the N281 towards Antwerp. Via the E314 and E313, you will reach the Antwerp Ring, where you follow the signs to Bergen op Zoom. Just after the border, follow the signs to Vlissingen (A58).
From the direction of Rotterdam, follow the A16 to the Klaverpolder junction, then the A17 to the de Poel junction, then the A58 to Vlissingen.
From the Venlo border crossing, drive towards Eindhoven, from Eindhoven take the A58 to Vlissingen.
At the end of the A58 motorway, simply follow the signs to Domburg.
