Description

This comfortable villa with pool is located 15 minutes of driving to one of the most beautiful beaches in Istria. The villa itself is situated in peaceful part of the town surrounded by traditional Istria stone wall and beautiful garden.

Villa has two apartments from which each family has a separate entrance, and as such it is ideal for two family’s or group of friends who would like to spend their holiday together and yet to have privacy. It is rented as one unit (no separate rental of the apartments to different parties). Every apartment has 5 beds.

The villa offers a children’s playground on the side and by having this property surrounded by stone walls it will provide you the peaceful vacation you deserve.

Holiday destination

The beautiful Villa Lucija is only a 15-minute drive from Rabac, a lovely seaside resort with many pebble beaches and excellent restaurants.

In the evening, Rabac is perfect for dining in one of delicious small family-owned fish restaurants offering local specials with terraces right by the waterside. You can visit Pula (Amphiteatre),Porec,Rovinj,Opatija and other places in Istria.

You can rent a boat there to explore hidden coves or go on an organized fishing trip on a fishing boat.

Wie erwartet und gewünscht in Zeiten von Covid 19 isoliert von den vielen Touristen, im Vergleich
bei Hotelaufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist prima aufgeteilt, der Swimmingpool klasse zentral mit vielen Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Besonders cool war der Grillbereich am Abend. Wir kommen wieder. SUPER!!

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Hunden in dieser Villa und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus mit Pool sind absolute Spitzenklasse ! Die Lage ist fern von jeglichem Trubel und bietet beste Voraussetzungen für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bieten sich in Labin (Lidl).
Bademöglichkeiten am Meer sind ausreichend vorhanden. Rabac mit einer schönen Promenade bietet jede Menge Möglichkeiten zum Bummeln und zudem beste Restaurants mit gutem Essen.
Die Landschaft ist einfach einmalig und herrlich.
Wer hier einmal war, der kommt wieder - wir auch !!!

Wir, 10 Personen im Alter von 16-22 Jahren, waren für eine Woche im August in der Villa Lucija. Schon vor unserer Ankunft hatten wir Kontakt zum Vermieter, sodass wir sämtliche Fragen stellen konnten. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir dann sehr freundlich empfangen und bekamen noch einige Infos zur Umgebung. Das Haus ist in 2 Wohnungen aufgeteilt, bei denen an Ausstattung nichts fehlt. Allgemein ist das Haus top eingerichtet. Wenn wir während unseres Aufenthalts irgendetwas brauchten, konnten wir uns stets an den Vermieter wenden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Konzum) sind in 10 Minuten in Labin erreichbar. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist daher super und die Villa auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen.
