General cancellation policy:
There is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the Consumer Protection Code (notification according to Part III, Title III, Section I of the Consumer Protection Code Legislative Decree 206/2005). However, we offer you the following cancellation conditions: For cancellations from 6 weeks to 21 days before the start of the holiday, we charge 50% of the agreed apartment price. From 20 days before the start of the holiday, in case of no-show, delayed arrival, or early departure, the booked days will be charged.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Should arrival not be legally possible, the cancellation fees will be waived, and we as hosts are also released from any obligations to pay compensation. Should arrival be possible without major restrictions, our general cancellation conditions apply.

Deutschnofen (1350 m) is situated on a sunny and expansive high plateau with meadows and forests, offering a breathtaking view of the Dolomites.
In summer, Deutschnofen and its surroundings provide all the leisure activities you could wish for. Hiking, climbing, horseback riding, mountain biking, tennis, mini-golf, golfing, Nordic walking.
In winter, the Ski Center Latemar - Obereggen ski area (48 km of well-groomed slopes) can be reached in 10 minutes by car or ski bus. The bus stop is a 3-minute walk from Wiesenhof.
In the village center of Deutschnofen, which is 3 minutes away on foot, you will find various shops, restaurants, pizzerias, and bars.
Deutschnofen is about a 30-minute drive from Bolzano.

Munich » Kufstein (A12 Inntal Motorway) » Innsbruck » Brenner (A22 Brenner Motorway) » Bolzano (exit Bolzano Nord) » turn right towards Bolzano » after about 700 m, enter the roundabout to the right, through the tunnel follow the signs towards Deutschnofen » after about 23 km you will reach Deutschnofen.

Tolles Apartment. Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten wie Schere und Kugelschreiber fehlt es an nichts. Wir waren schon 2x dort zum Skifahren in Obereggen. Man muss dort mit dem Skibus hinfahren, aber das klappt problemlos.
