Žminj is a small town located in the center of the Istrian peninsula at the intersection of regional roads leading to several major towns in Istria: Pula, Rovinj, Pore?, Pazin and Labin. Roads from the town lead in all directions, creating the so-called spider web that connects 103 villages of the Žminj area. Roads lead through many fields and gardens, forests and pastures, and the most interesting way to visit them is on foot or by bike. The nature in Žminj is truly exceptional.
Getting there
On the highway take the exit Zminj
after pay toll, turn left
when You come to the roundabout take the 2nd exit to Labin
then drive this road
at crossroad turn right
at the next crossroad go straight
- then drive approx. 2 km and You will get to the sign Slivari
- turn left, Villa Cala is 100 m away, on the right side of the road
