The Rustico is located on the famous red wine road of the Ascoli Piceno province between Acquaviva and Offida. The small town of San Savino is about 200 meters away. From here, you can embark on exploratory trips to the medieval towns in the surrounding area.
The Adriatic Sea with its family-friendly beaches is a 15-minute drive away. Hiking enthusiasts can reach the Sibillini Mountains National Park in 45 minutes by car. Wine lovers will find a wide selection of excellent wines at the nearby vineyards.
The Rustico is primarily suitable for guests seeking peace and quiet, who appreciate the charm of the Italian way of life.
Getting there
By car over the Brenner Pass, through Bologna and Ancona to the Grottammare exit. Or through the Gotthard Tunnel and Milan, Bologna, and Ancona to the Grottammare exit.
By train from Munich or Basel via Milan, Bologna, and Ancona to San Benedetto del Tronto.
By plane from Munich to Ancona, or from Frankfurt/Hahn to Pescara.

Ein großzügiges, bestens ausgestattetes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit fantastischem Ausblick über Weinberge, Olivenhaine bis zu den Abruzzen. Alleinlage im entspannten und sehenswerten Hinterland. Wir haben viel unternommen, schöne Städtchen besichtigt und die Küste mit den Radwegen genossen. Alles viel ruhiger als in der Toskana. Viele gute Infos der sympathischen Vermieterin. Danke!

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in toller Lage. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf die umliegende hügelige Landschaft der südlichen Marken ist traumhaft und lädt zum Erholen ein. Absolute Alleinlage, dennoch ist man mit dem Auto in knapp 20 Minuten am Strand und ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten in einigen der umliegenden Bergdörfern (dort sind meist mehrere Restaurants und Bars zu finden). Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und können die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen.
