Cancellation policy
Cancellation
You can withdraw at any time before the start of the rental period. In this case I will try to rent the holiday home to someone else.
In the event of a cancellation, I reserve the right to withhold a cost loss expense.
Cancellation up to 49 days before the start of the rental: 10% of the agreed rental price
In the event of cancellation 48 to 35 days before the start of the rental: 30% of the agreed rental price
Cancellation 34 to 21 days before the start of the rental: 60% of the agreed rental price
Cancellation 20 to 14 days before the start of the rental: 90% of the agreed rental price
otherwise (later than 14 days before the start of the rental): 100% of the agreed rental price
With your signed booking confirmation you also agree to my payment and cancellation conditions.
We advise you to take out travel cancellation insurance in any case!
Additional information Covid-19
The rental contract can be rebooked in the event that it may not be possible to travel to the booked holiday destination due to a travel ban or a lockdown issued by the federal government.
No fees are charged for this.
By signing the rental agreement, the guest agrees to rebooking to a different period in 2021.
The guest receives a rebooking confirmation, which he can offset against a new booking.
The guest can freely choose the alternative date. The content from the previous rental agreement will be used for the rebooking, regarding the number of people. The rebooking is not transferable to third parties. Any down payments made will be offset. The deposit cannot be paid out. Remaining payments to be made are only to be made before the new arrival. If the remaining payment has already been made, it will also be created as a credit or can be paid out again. If the new period is in a higher-priced season, the guest bears the additional costs. If the new period is in a more favorable season, the guest will be credited the difference in the deposit and the remaining amount will be recreated.
The down payment made will be offset against the new down payment.
The holiday guest is free to cancel his or her holiday, my cancellation policy apply. A rent reduction is excluded.

The house is located in a small, quiet and young holiday home area in Löbnitz / North Saxony.
Standing on a property with lake access, it offers the possibility of mooring a boat on the pier on your own beach in front of the front door. Fishing enthusiasts can fish from the garden of the holiday home or explore the lake with their own boat.
With many sandbanks; The Kiessee has a lot to offer bird islands and the variety of fish. Kite surfers and small sailing boats also come here regularly.

Ein Kurzurlaub in diesem komfortablen und sehr gepflegten Ferienhaus bei Frühsommerwetter war pure Erholung für unsere gesamte Familie (3 Generationen). Das Haus besticht durch viele liebevolle Details, Großzügigkeit, sehr gute Ausstattung, absolute Sauberkeit und einem herrlichen Blick auf den See.
Auch die Terrasse, der Garten mit seiner Bepflanzung sowie der Strand mit Boot bieten für jeden Abwechslung bzw. ein Plätzchen zum Entspannen oder die gewisse Aktivität im oder auf dem See.
Besten Dank an Familie Ott für die professionelle und angenehme Kontaktaufnahme per Email und persönlich bei der Schlüsselübergabe.
Wir kommen gern wieder.

Sehr schönes Haus in dem wir ein paar entspannte Tage genießen konnten. Sehr modern und hochwertig eingerichtet .Einzig der Kies Tagebau auf der anderen Seeseite war etwas störend.
