Cancellation policy
Receiving the Rental Property
If the tenant is unable to take possession of the rental property at the agreed time, they must immediately inform the landlord in writing. The landlord will attempt to find a replacement. The costs associated with the search are the responsibility of the original tenant, with a minimum cancellation fee of 100.00 EUR being due, even if a replacement tenant is found. If a new tenant is not found, the tenant owes the landlord upon notification:
25% of the rental price if 6 weeks before the start of the trip,
50% of the rental price if 4 weeks before the start of the trip,
100% of the rental price if 2 weeks before the start of the trip.
Existing hidden defects in the rental property or its equipment do not entitle the tenant to refuse the rental property or to reduce the rental price, unless the defect was known to the landlord.
Force Majeure
If the fulfillment of the rental contract is significantly impeded, endangered, or impaired directly and concretely as a result of force majeure (natural disasters, war, civil unrest), the landlord may withdraw from the rental contract.

The park features an indoor pool with a giant slide, a children's paddling pool, a sun terrace, bicycle rental, an arcade, bowling alley, and squash court. There's also a soccer field for children, tennis courts, table tennis, playgrounds, mini-golf, a badminton court, and a fitness trail.
Holiday destination
Our holiday home is located in the park "Aquadelta 'de Kreek'".
In the park itself, as well as at the new marina, there are laundry facilities, a nursery, supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias. Charming cafes and bars invite you to linger.
The small fishing village of Bruinisse, just a few minutes' walk away, is situated directly on the Grevelingenmeer. The unique landscape offers a multitude of recreational opportunities. The park's center provides everything needed for daily life. The island offers a variety of sightseeing opportunities. Visit Zierikzee, about 12 km away.
The place is easily accessible via well-maintained bicycle paths.
Zierikzee is a picturesque, medieval town with many charming cafes and an antique harbor.
From there, boat trips are possible.

Host informationA few years ago, we discovered Zeeland, this beautiful park, and instantly fell in love with it. Here we find peace and relaxation. At the same time, we enjoy the expansive sandy beaches and the beautiful dune landscapes. In addition to the great cities like Zierikzee, Middelburg, Goes, and Renesse, we are also active in water sports here. The Dutch are very hospitable and easy-going - we are in the right place!

Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll und schön eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht. Der Ferienpark ist sehr gepflegt und bietet viel (z.B. Spielplatz, Indoorspielplatz, Restaurant, Supermarkt, Waschsalon, ...).
Zeeland ist wunderschön und bietet neben der wunderschönen Natur auch zahlreiche tolle Ausflugsziele für Familien.
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit!

Wir haben mit unseren 7jährigen Zwillingen Urlaub gemacht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Haus ist mit 60qm zwar klein, bietet jedoch jeden Komfort, den man im Urlaub braucht mit sehr guter Ausstattung in der Küche und gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichteten Wohn- und Schlafbereichen. Besonders gut für Familien mit Kindern: direkt von der Terrasse einsehbar befindet sich ein kleiner Spielplatz.Das Haus ist etwas abseits vom zentralen Ferienpark Roompot in einer eigenen kleinen Bungalowanlage gelegen. Das fanden wir sehr angenehm, da man dort vom Trubel im Zentrum nichts mitbekommt. In wenigen Gehminuten ist man im Parkzentrum mit Supermarkt, Restaurant, Snackbar und Kinderanimation (leider zum großen Teil in niederländisch - für den allabendlichen Clubtanz mit Koos dem Parkmaskotchen reicht es aber allemal).
