If you cancel more than 90 days before your arrival date, you will not be charged with any fees, aside from the € 20 for the administrative expenses related to the refund of your down payment.
If you cancel between the ninetieth day (90 days) and the twenty-first day (21 days) before your arrival date, you will be charged with a fee in the amount of the down payment that you paid when you made the reservation.
If you cancel between the twenty-first day (21 days) and the date of your arrival, you will be charged with the full amount of the reservation.

The apartment is located in a two-family house, which was built in 2008, near the town center (about 5 minutes walk).
The four star holiday apartment is brand new, modern and about a hundred meters from the beautiful sea and ideal for children sandy beach.
Getting there
The fact that Krk has a good traffic connection and a favourable geological and traffic position make this island one of the most desirable tourist destinations in this part of the Adriatic. You can reach the island of Krk and the town of Šilo by virtually all means of transportation.

Eine saubere und gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Mitte der Woche wurden die Handtücher durch die eine sehr nette Vermieterin gewechselt und die Wohnung aufgeräumt. Uns fehlte es an Nichts. Die Ferienwohnung entspricht den Fotos und der Beschreibung des Vermieters.
Der Sandstand ist in 3 Minuten gut zu Fuß erreichbar, auch mit kleinen Kindern.
Bäckerei, Gastronomie, Wechselstube und kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen.
Wir können diese Ferienwohnug bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen und kommen sicherlich wieder.

Wir waren super zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung. Die Vermieterin stand bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Der Weg zum Strand war kurz, sodass man das Auto sehr gut auf dem hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen lassen konnte.
