Holiday destination
The ‘Mazet’ is an ideal starting point for sightseeing tours, walks and canoe tours on the river-country (Cèze, Ardèche, Chassezac).
Within a few of minutes you can walk to Saint Ambroix, where there are good possibilities for shopping. Every Tuesday there is a wellknown weekly market. The Cèze with its bathing beaches is easy to reach. The historically interesting towns just as Nîmes, Avignon, Uzès and Barjac offer manifold cultural programs.
Getting there
Autoroute du soleil (A7/E15), exit 19 Bollène. Over Pont Saint Esprit (D994) and Barjac (N86/D901) to Saint Ambroix (D979/D51) - about (60km). In Saint Ambroix: after crossing the Cèze bridge take the 2nd exit in the round about. Right in front of the supermarket 'InterMarché' turn right into the little street 'Chemin de la Montagnette' by the sign 'Tour Guisquet'. Go straight up to the summit of the street, than turn sharply left into the 'Chemin de la Tour ' up to no. 250, which is the house before last.

Host informationWe have always been in a very good rapport with France. Therefore we lived and worked there for many years. In 2005 we restored our Mazet with loving care and spend some time of the year in Saint Ambroix.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Sehr gut gefallen haben uns auch die verschiedenen Terrassen rund ums Haus mit tollem Ausblick. Können das Haus sehr empfehlen!

Ein toller Urlaubsort für alle die Ruhe und Erholung in einer schönen Umgebung suchen. Wir haben die Gegend um St. Ambroix schon häufiger besucht und diese Unterkunft hat uns mit Abstand am besten gefallen. Die Umgebung gefällt uns ohnehin und wir haben uns wunderbar erholt. Wir kommen wieder!
