Die Villa ist genau wie beschrieben, es gibt keinerlei böse Überraschung, es ist ein Wohlfühltraum wenn man die Haustür öffnet! Der Blick auf den Kanal ein persönliches Highlite, genauso wie der Blick auf den Kanal vom Bett aus. Auch von der Ausstattung her ist alles da was man braucht als Familie und in guter Qualität. Meine Kinder haben den Pool geliebt, es sind ausreichend Liegen und Stühle vorhandenen im Notfall Waschmaschine und Trockner, also alles perfekt! Sonnenschirm und Strandstühle für den Strandausflug sind ebenso vorhanden. Die Lage ist praktisch, da man für die Ausflüge schnell auf dem Zubringer ist und nicht noch durch die ganze Stadt fahren muss. Es sind weite Wege, aber das wussten wir vorher. Wir können das Haus jedem unbedingt ans Herz legen!

Das wunderschöne Ferienhaus unserer Gastgeber in Cape Coral liegt direkt am Kanal mit eigenem Bootsanleger. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und mit viel Geschmack liebevoll eigerichtet. Es lässt keine Wünsche offen und man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und "wie Zuhause". Für uns war der Ausblick auf die Poolterasse und den dahinter liegenden Kanal das tägliche Highlight - vor allem zum Sonnenauf- und untergang. Die Hausverwaltung vor Ort ist nicht nur deutschsprachig, sondern auch absolut darauf aus, allen Gästen einen tollen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Sowohl im Innen- als auch im Außenbereich war alles tipptopp sauber! Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen UND für dem gehobenen Anspruch - ein Spagat, den nicht jeder Vermieter hinbekommt.
