The house is located in the garden community Neuenhagen by Berlin.
It is located in a quiet and very green residential community and you can relax in our luxurious house and enjoy the tranquility and conviviality. Doctors and pharmacies are within a few minutes .
On the other hand within about 25 minutes you can (eg by public transport from Neuenhagen Railway Station) be at Ostkreuz with its neighborhood pubs , the O2 Arena and the well known East Side Gallery and experience the cosmopolitan flair and the hustle and bustle of Berlin.
The nature in the surroundings of Neuenhagen is very rich in lakes and wooded. It is ideal for cycling hiking and swimming. Through the connection to the regional train you can be mobile without a car.

4. Vertragsauflösung / Kündigung
Sollte der Mieter den Vertrag vor Anreise kündigen/auflösen und keinen anderen für den Vermieter akzeptablen Mieter benennen, welcher zu gleichen Konditionen in den Mietvertrag einsteigt, so sind folgende Prozentsätze des Mietpreises als Schadenersatz zu leisten:
Kündigung / Auflösung dieses Vertrages
- Mehr als 6 Monate vor Anreise: 0 % des Mietpreises
- Mehr als 3 Monate vor Anreise: 50 % des Mietpreises
- Mehr als 8 Wochen vor Anreise: 75 % des Mietpreises
- Weniger als 8 Wochen vor Anreise: 100 % des Mietpreises
Der Vermieter kann nach erfolgter Kündigung das Ferienhaus an einen anderen Mieter vermieten, auch zu geringeren Preisen.
Sollte eine Neuvermietung für den in diesem Vertrag genannten (Teil-) Zeitraum erfolgen, so wird der Schadenersatz auf die Differenz zwischen dem erzielten Mietpreis aus der Neuvermietung und des Mietpreises aus diesem Vertrag begrenzt.
