Cancellation policy
Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 4 weeks before departure. After that a cancellation fee of 20% of the rental price will be charged (in the last week of 80%).
The cancellation fee is completely waived if a replacement tenant can be found for the corresponding period.

Holiday destination
Despite its unusual location, the Wackerberg forest district can easily be reached by car. The next Motorway (A1) exit is only a 20 min. ride away, the Cologne-Bonn Airport about an hour. Thus, a residence set right in the nature is even a surprisingly good starting point for city trips.
Four of the oldest and culturally interesting German cities (founded by the Romans) can be reached in a 40-80 minute drive:
Cologne - Bonn - Aachen - Trier
Recreational activities range from field trips with National Park Rangers to gyroplane flights starting on a nearby private airfield, from the family trip to Phantasialand Brühl to the racing grounds of the Nurburgring (Formula 1).

Wir sind als Familie mit 8 Erwachsenen, 2 Kindern und 3 Hunden aus verschiedenen Ortsteilen angereist um gemeinsam einen Geburtstag zu feiern. Wir haben uns in diesem schönen Haus sehr wohlgefühlt und durch die großzügige Aufteilung hat unser erster Urlaub in einem gemeinsamen Haus auch wunderbar funktioniert. Wir konnten in der schönen Umgebung im Schnee wandern und uns in der gut ausgestatteten Küche selbst versorgen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmal gerne wiederkommen.

Wir sind als Gruppe über ein verlängertes Wochenende abgereist und waren alle total begeistert . Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier richtig. Die gegen ein Traum, mitten im Wald gelegen. Tolle Wanderwege. Super schönes großes Haus + Wohnung nebenan. Platz war für alle genug da. Die Sauna war auch nur zu empfehlen. Die Vermieter sind super lieb und immer direkt zur Stelle. Im Haus hat es an nichts gefleht. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder
