Cancellation policy
1. In the event of a cancellation by the guest, the guest owes Texelduinen a cancellation fee. In addition to the due reservation fee, the following cancellation fees apply:
In the event of a cancellation up to forty-two (42) days before the arrival date: thirty percent (30%) of the price*
In the event of a cancellation from the forty-second (42nd) day up to and including the twenty-eighth (28th) day before the arrival date: sixty percent (60%) of the price*
In the event of a cancellation from the twenty-eighth (28th) day up to the day of arrival: ninety percent (90%) of the price*
In the event of a cancellation on the day of arrival: one hundred percent (100%) of the price*
(* Tourist tax, costs for bed linen and cleaning are not to be paid as part of the price in the event of a cancellation.)
2. The guest must make the cancellation in writing (by letter or email).

The detached, luxurious and cozy holiday homes 'Rust & Ruimte op Texel', designed by the architectural firm Concrete, are situated in a peaceful location on the Waddenhof with 2 more houses in the Prins Hendrikpolder near the ferry harbor. Enjoy the magnificent view of the water and the polder with birds, sometimes sheep, and colorful fields of flower bulbs. In the distance, you can see the new nature reserve 'PrinsHendrik-zanddijk' taking shape. With the creation of this nature reserve, 200 hectares of new nature are being developed, complete with a bike path and a walking trail very close to Rust & Ruimte op Texel in the Waddenhof. The picturesque Den Hoorn with restaurants, a supermarket, and a butcher is 3.5 km away. Den Burg is very close, and the North Sea beach at Paal 9 is 6.5 kilometers or 20 minutes away by bike.

Nicht weit vom Fährhafen entfernt liegt dieses schöne Ferienhaus (mit weiteren 3 Häusern) in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße mitten im Feld. Von der Hauptstraße aus sieht man diese kleine Ferienhausidylle, jedoch bekommt man vom Verkehr nichts mit.
Der erste Eindruck war wie die Fotos sehr schön und der Ausblick einfach traumhaft. Das Haus war sauber und gemütlich. Ein idealer Ort um zur Ruhe zu kommen und abzuschalten.
Für das Auto sind ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Die Fahrräder konnten in einem abschließbarem Fahrradschuppen untergestellt werden.
Der nächste größere Supermarkt ist ca. 4 km entfernt.
Schöne Spazier-und Fahrradwege um die anderen Ortschaften zu erkunden befinden sich direkt vor der Tür.
Die Küche ist gut und ausreichend ausgestattet.
Und hat es sehr gut gefallen. Danke.
