The tenant may cancel the rental agreement at any time before the start of the rental period.
The cancellation should be made in writing or by email in any case.
The tenant agrees to pay compensation as follows:
25% of the rental amount if the cancellation occurs between 6 weeks and 4 weeks before the start of the rental period.
75% of the rental amount if the cancellation occurs between one month and two weeks before the start of the rental period
100% of the rental amount if the cancellation occurs less than two weeks before the start of the rental period or if the rental period has already begun.
In the event of cancellations due to travel restrictions related to the Corona pandemic, all payments will be refunded.

Holiday destination
Ouddorp is located in South Holland on the border with Zeeland on the Goeree-Overflakkee peninsula. It has an old town center with fine restaurants and all shopping facilities.
From the holiday home, you can easily reach the miles-long, fine sandy beach with several beautiful beach pavilions on foot or by bike. Bicycle and hiking trails are well-developed and signposted. Water sports are possible in all variations in the North Sea and in the Grevelingenmeer (no tides).
Getting there
Enter "Grevelingen 44, Ouddorp, Netherlands" into a navigation system with current map data or online navigation (Google). For navigation systems with older map data, enter "Ouddorp, Dijkstelweg 34", most navigation systems will then guide you around the town center to the entrance of Grevelingen at the North Sea Park on Dijkstelweg near house number 34.

Host informationMy wife Ursula and I bought the holiday home a few years ago and began to renovate it and furnish it according to our ideas. We always enjoy staying at the holiday home for weeks at a time, and during the holidays with our grandchildren.

Wir hatten über Weihnachten dieses kleinen Haus gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden.
Das Haus bietet alles was man für den Alltag braucht und ist auch sehr gemütlich Eingerichtet.
Auch großes Lob an den Vermieter Herr Müller. Wir hatten zwar nur E-Mail-Kontakt, aber auch der lief Problemlos ab. Herr Müller hat immer sehr schnell auf Mails von uns geantwortet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
Der Ferienpark Noordzee war zu der Zeit sehr ruhig, so dass man die Ruhe und Stille genießen konnte.

Wir waren in den Herbstferien 1 Woche in diesem netten, kleinen Haus und waren mehr als zufrieden. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet mit allem was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Auch für die Kinder gibt's sogar im Gartenhaus einen Bollerwagen und Strandspielzeug. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt, so dass sich auch Vierbeiner ungestört wohl fühlen dürfen. Und Herr Müller ist ein ganz, ganz netter Vermieter! Wir kommen bestimmt gerne nochmal wieder!
