Getting there
You'll reach Geldern via the motorway connection A57 (near Alpen / Issum), the A40 (Wachtendonk), the A61 (Kaldenkirchen) and the A67/A73 in Venlo. It's a quick drive to the Netherlands, the Ruhr area or to Krefeld, Düsseldorf and Cologne. The nearest airport (approx. 21 km) is in Weeze. Düsseldorf Airport is about 60 km away. Geldern's train station is approx. 2,5 km away and offers connections between Kleve, Krefeld/Duisburg and Düsseldorf/Cologne. The De Geldersche city line (SL 9) circles the city once a day and offers rides through town twice a day and is located 8 minutes from the apartment.

Nach den Tagesausflügen hatten wir in der Ferienwohnung Alleblas den besten Rückzugsort um mit neuer Energie in den Tag zu starten. Ausgesprochen zuvorkommende Gastgeber, sehr umfänglich eingerichtete Küche, sehr gute Betten, kleine uneinsehbare Terrasse, PKW konnte auf dem Grundstück abgestellt werden. Von Geldern aus konnten wir Kunst und Natur erleben.
