Cancellation policy
In the case of a cancellation, Coquelicot charges an allowance of up to 6 weeks before the occupancy date, which is 30% of the total rental amount and then 100% of the total rental amount. If Coquelicot succeeds in letting the object to be rented in the time initially booked by you after receipt of the cancellation notice, the expense allowance will be reduced to 50% in the latter case. These costs can be covered on request by a travel cancellation insurance.

Grasse is a very good starting point for excursions to the nearby seaside resorts (Cannes and Juan-les-Pins 20 km) and the hinterland of the Côte d'Azur.
Getting there
Please understand that you can only enter your holiday home from 17:00 because of the cleaning work. For the same reason we ask you to leave at the latest 10:00 o'clock.
