Our holiday apartment is located in a sunny and central position in the National Park community of Uttendorf/Weißsee. The town center and the adventure swimming lake can be reached in just a few minutes. An ideal starting point for hikes or bike tours in the summer. Thanks to our central location, you can easily reach many ski areas by car or ski bus in winter.
Our cozy holiday apartment (about 90 m²) is suitable for up to 5 people and was completely renovated in 2023. It features 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, a small bathroom with shower/WC, and an extra WC as well as an extra shower.
Enjoy the magnificent mountain view from the balcony.

Booking Conditions
Please understand that in the event of early departure or late arrival, the booked days and persons as per the reservation will be charged, as we cannot re-rent the holiday apartment at short notice. The booking conditions according to the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.
Additionally, the following conditions apply for cancellations and changes:
* no cancellation fee if cancelled up to 30 days before the start of the holiday
* 30% of the total price if cancelled up to 20 days before the start of the holiday
* 50% of the total price if cancelled up to 10 days before the start of the holiday
* 80% of the total price will be charged for cancellations from 9 days before arrival or in case of no-show
