We do not have airconditioned rooms because a fresh breeze from the ocean is much healthier !
You do not need to bring towels od bed sheets or anything like that.

We will pick you au at the airport and guide you to yiour nerw home with our electric-SUV.

Oceanfront property 100 meters above sea-level in a small, quiet backstreet of Ponta Garca; central location on the South coast (only a few minutes to the "via rapida"; small beaches nearby; a few min. to Vila Franca with its long beach, marina (shuttle service to the islet; whale watching; diving), shops and restaurants; 15 min. to Furnas (golf course, botanical garden, spas)
Getting there
From Ponta Delgada airport: Take the "via rapida" (highway) heading east along the south coast (direction Lagoa/ Vila Franca do Campo) to its very end. Continue on the old road (direction Furnas). After 2 to 3 km, follow the sign "Ponta Garca/ Ribeira das Tainhas" downhill until you reach the village street (that runs parallel to the coastline). Cross this village street. Now you are in our "Outeiro Nossa Senhora da Vida". After ca. 90 m. you can see the gate to our property on the left side .(# 42)

Meine Frau und ich waren Gäste bei Dagmar und Wulf in deren traumhaftem Anwesen mit Blick auf den Atlantik. Wir wurden mit einer wundervollen Gästewohnung überrascht und unsere Gastgeber hatten den Kühlschrank mit allerlei Leckereien ausgestattet. Wir hatten eine perfekte Woche, unsere Gastgeber verstanden es meisterlich uns die Ruhe zu gewähren, die wir wollten, aber auch die Informationen zu geben, die wir für die Erkundung der Insel brauchten. So war unsere Erholung und unsere Neugier 100% befriedigt. Die Wohnung ein Traum, der Garten ein Traum, Wulf's Kochkünste ein Traum - wir können nur sagen, wer sich im Lobo do mar nicht wohlfühlt, der wird sich nirgendwo wohlfühlen. Nochmals ein herzliches Dankeschön an unsere Gastgeber, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren heuer das erste Mal auf den Azoren und es hat uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Das Apartment ist hell, freundlich und liebevoll ausgestattet. Man blickt über den gepflegten Garten auf die kleine vorgelagerte Insel. Es ist eine besondere Unterkunft, vor allem wegen der Gastgeber Wulf und Dagmar, die mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen. Durch die tolle Ausstattung des Apartments hat man das Gefühl gleichzeitig zu Hause und auf Urlaub zu sein. Wir durften uns auch von den Kochkünsten des Hausherren verwöhnen lassen. Die Liebe der Gastgeber zur Natur und den Tieren schafft ein besonderes, empathisches Ambiente. Es ist der ideale Ort für Menschen die nicht nur mit den Augen sondern auch mit der Seele Urlaub genießen wollen.
Wir bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit und wir kommen gerne wieder.
