Cancellation policy
Unfortunately, it can happen that you are unable to go on your holiday and have to cancel your rental agreement. The following cancellation fees apply if the tenant withdraws:
• 10% of the rental fee for cancellations up to 90 days before the arrival date.
• 30% of the rental fee for cancellations between the 90th and the 30th day before the arrival date.
• 80% of the rental fee for cancellations between the 30th and the 14th day before the arrival date.
• The full rental fee for cancellations between the 14th day and the arrival date or later.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

The bungalow park Strandslag Julianadorp is located right in front of the dunes and a short distance from the beach. It's only 6 km to Den Helder, and Julianadorp is just a few minutes away. The infrastructure provides all shopping facilities and a wide range of leisure activities nearby.
In the award-winning bungalow park, there is a mini-golf course with a restaurant where small snacks are served. The playground is suitable for all age groups.

Das Haus von Herrn Gilleßen ist zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit gewesen.
Es fehlte nichts in diesem Haus, es war als wohne man in seinem eigenen Haushalt.
Sehr sauberes, modern eingerichtetes Haus. Platz für 4 Personen mit Hund, mehr als ausreichend.
Die super nahe Lage zum Strand top es zusätzlich.
Also Alles in Allem ein perfekter Urlaub, den wir in vollen Zügen genießen konnten

Das Haus ist noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Wir waren zu 5. mit Hund. Es war genug Platz für uns. In dem Haus fehlt es an gar nichts.Bei unserer Ankuft war es ein sehr heißer Tag. Das Haus war von den Temperaturen sehr angenehm. Jalousien und dichte Vorgänge sorgten dafür. Es roch sehr frisch und angenehm. Wir fanden das Haus in einem sehr sauberen Zustand vor.
Im Kleiderschrank befanden sich kleine Körbe, z.B. für Unterwäsche.Töpfe waren in voller Anzahl und Größen vorhanden.Gewürze waren in verschieden Sorten vorzufinden. Auch Kaffe und Tee. Es befanden sich sogar mehrere Aufladekabel in einem Schubfach. Die Betten waren so perfekt, wir haben fantastisch geschlafen. Die Nähe zum wunderschönen Strand, machte das Ganze perfekt. Die ges.Abwicklung hat mit dem Vermieter ganz fantastisch funktioniert.
