Cancellation: 1) due to force majeure: If there are "unavoidable extraordinary circumstances" or "force majeure" on the day of travel, such as the Corona pandemic, I will refund your deposit. 2) for personal reasons: a) If it is possible to re-let the flat, the entire deposit will be postponed to a stay in the following year, or part of it if I have to re-let the flat at a more favourable price. b) If it is no longer possible to sublet the flat, the cancellation fee is equal to the deposit up to 90 days before arrival, and thereafter the cancellation fee is 90% of the total amount up to the day of arrival. c) In the event of late arrival and early departure, 100 % of the flat price will be charged. 3) I recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Holiday destination
DREAMLIKE ENVIRONMENT! IN WINTER, the very close geological debris cone of Dantercepies and the basaltic Ciampinoi hill form the basis for the world-famous ski slopes with the Sellaronda. IN SUMMER the holiday home is surrounded by a lot of green, actually a rural cultural landscape. The village spreads towards S, SO and SW. Typical paths take you further to the Juacalm hut in the north. The Puez / Geisler Nature Park - UNESCO WORLD NATURAL HERITAGE extends in the NE and O, with the Langental, the Stevia, Puez Mountains, the Geisler Group, etc. and a variety of wonderful hiking opportunities, MTB tracks, walking paths and relaxation points. To the west of the Puezberg are the Cirgruppe, the Sellastock, the Langkofel, and further away the Seiser Alm with the Schlern, the Raschötzalm and the Picberg with all their beauties and possibilities.
Getting there
By car: using the Brenner Motorway (A 22): from the north, follow the route Innsbruck - Brennero - Chiusa. from the south, follow Verona - Trento - Chiusa. By train: From Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and Belgium there are good IC and EC connections, stopping in Munich, Innsbruck, Brennero, Bressanone and Bolzano. Some trains stop in Chiusa and Ponte Gardena. A bus service brings you from the train stations to Val Gardena. By air:The nearest airports are located in Innsbruck, Verona, Munich, Bergamo and Milano. The Bolzano airport has daily flights to and from Rome. Exclusive: Helicopter pick-up Service.

Wir verbrachten mit der Familie eine tolle Zeit in Wolkenstein. Er erwartete uns eine gemütliche, modern und hochwertig eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Das Skidepot sowie die Pisten sind problemlos fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Skibedingungen waren fantastisch!
