The exteriors are wonderful, thanks to the landscaped areas, which give colour to the house. The chlorinated 4 x 6 m pool (with a uniform depth of 1.6 m) is private. The terrace, of 25 m2, is furnished with a wooden table and chairs for 8 people and it has a chill-out area with rattan furniture. Under the porch, which is fully-equipped, you can spend great evenings cooking on the barbecue.
This 120 m2 house is distributed over one floor. There are three bedrooms (two doubles and one twin) and the extra guest is accommodated on a folding bed. Two cots are available if needed. There are two bathrooms with a shower each, one of which is situated next to the pool.
The living-dining room is spectacular. You can relax on the sofa while enjoying a good reading, listening to music, or watching satellite TV. The dining area has a large rustic table to enjoy meals with family and friends. The fitted kitchen has a gas cooker and is equipped with everything you need to cook without a problem. There are board games for children to play and have fun during your stay. The house has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
No pets allowed at the property.
Outdoor parking space for 3 cars.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55 EUR/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 EUR/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay. The payment of this tax will be made through an external, safe link and you will pay directly to the agency.

The area of Santa Margalida is located in the centre of the island, what means that is quite easy to get to most of the places in a reasonable time. The area is mainly rural and mostly only locals live there, so that you will be able to discover the real Mallorca. Even though you will find everything you need in the village: supermarket, pharmacy, bank, sports area, many in bars and some restaurants as well. Manacor, which is the hometown of Rafa Nadal is quite close, it is a small city with lots of shops and well known for the pearl factories you can find there.
In only 15 minutes drive you will reach the beach of Capellans / Can Picafort. Pass a pleasant day on the fine grained sand beach or enjoy a cocktail while watching the sun goes down. You will find a good Paella restaurant there, a typical Spanish rice dish with meat, vegetables and seafood. Very tasty and spectacular views included! Apart of this beach area discover the main beach of Can Picafort with its animated sea promenade, the quiet zone of Playa de Muro and the crystal clear waters of the beaches of the municipalities of Alcúdia or Pollença.

"If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made."
