The nearest bus stop is just 350 metres away. You can get to the nearest bakery in Caputh in very little time from here (1.2 km away) or even take the regional express train to beautiful Potsdam (9 km). Alternatively, travel a couple of minutes further on to reach the centre of Berlin (35 minutes to Berlin central station on the regional express train). The motorway connection (A10) around 5 km away is perfectly situated for getting into the centre of Berlin in approx. 30 minutes. You'll notice that everything you need for a fantastic holiday is provided for you. You are very welcome here!
Getting there
1) By car: Arriving from the North, South, West or East: Whichever direction you're coming from, take the A10 motorway (called the "Berliner Ring"). - Take the "Ferch" exit and follow signs to "Ferch" (approx. 4 km). - When you reach Ferch, drive in the direction of "Potsdam". After approx. 3 km, turn right at the "Fottstelle" bus stop. - After approx. 350 m, turn left into the cul-de-sac at the sign reading "23". You've reached your destination when you arrive at "23f". 2) By train/bus: - Take "Havelbus" bus number 607 towards "Ferch" from Potsdam railway station. Get off at the stop called "Flottstelle" (approx. 15 mins away). - When you get there, follow the small footpath for 350 metres. Turn left into the cul-de-sac at the sign that reads "23". You've reached your destination when you see "23f". Welcome!

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer sehr schönen, sehr ruhigen Waldgegend. Genau richtig zum Entspannen und Relaxen. Fahrräder waren auch vorhanden und in einem guten technischen Zustand. Die Ausstattung und die Aufteilung der Zimmer prima. Das 2. Schlafzimmer ist bei ausgeklappten Schrankbett nur bedingt begehbar, da die Tür nur einen kleinen Spalt zu öffnen ist und man nur eine schmale Reisetasche hindurch bringt. Bei Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Steckdosen im Wohnzimmer durch einen technischen Defekt nicht zur Verfügung stehen, somit stand uns nur eine Steckdose im Korridor zur Verfügung, die wir dann über eine Verlängerungsschnur nutzen konnten. Alles in allem nicht optimal.

Wir werden auch in diesem Jahr wieder eine Zeit in "unserer Villa Flottstelle" verbringen, weil wir uns sehr wohl fühlen im Sommer wie im Winter! Frau Busse ist eine zugewandte, unkomplizierte und um das Wohlbefinden ihrer Gäste besorgte Gastgeberin.
