The house is located is southeast Sweden about 50km away from Kalmar and the so called Swedish "isle of sun" Öland. The next supermarket in Emmaboda is only 9 km away and there is an excellent direct train connection between Copenhagen international airport and the town Emmaboda providing easy international access.

Wir sind Freunde und Angeler, waren das zweite mal hier und kommen mit Sicherheit wieder...Egal ob für Angeler oder Familien, eine perfekte Unterkunft für mehrere Person. Super Aufteilung der Wohnungen, verbunden über eine Treppe. Was die Ausstattung betrifft, hat es an nichts gefehlt. Magnus und Malin, die Ansprechpartner vor Ort, 2 herzliche, sympathische Gastgeber, nicht aufdringlich aber immer ansprechbar und erreichbar
Aufgrund von Corana mussten wir unseren Urlaub 2 mal verschieben...Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Kleemann, über 2 Jahre lang, war absolute Klasse. Auf diesem Wege auch nochmal, im Namen von uns allen, vielen lieben Dank...

Zu meinem fünfzigsten Geburtstag habe ich keine Party feiern, sondern eine entspannte Woche mit meiner Frau und lieben Freunden verbringen wollen. Die Wahl fiel auf dieses Ferienhaus und es war die richtige Entscheidung. Wir hatten traumhafte Tage in diesem tollen Ferienhaus und in dieser schönen Gegend Schwedens. Die Woche war schneller vorbei, als uns allen lieb war. Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich toll. Die Lage, die Aufteilung der Räume und auch die Ausstattung ließen kaum Wünsche offen. Auch wurden wir vor Ort sehr gut und zuvorkommend durch Christian betreut. Wir sagen vielen herzlichen Dank an Herrn Kleemann und können dieses Ferienhaus einfach nur weiterempfehlen.
