Cancellation policy
Cancellation terms and conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 ZGB (Swiss Civil Code).
There is no right of cancellation in terms of the Italian consumer protection code. However, we do offer cancellation under the following cancellation conditions in terms of art. 132 of the civil code:
The reservation can be cancelled without paying a cancellation fee no later than 30 days before the arrival date. Only the deposit will be retained. For cancellations by the guest in the period between the 30th day before the agreed day of arrival and the day of arrival itself, the guest is required to pay the following cancellation fees:
Cancellation no later than 14 days before the arrival date: 40% of the agreed total price. Cancellation less than 14 days before the arrival date: 80% of the agreed total price.
If the guest is a no-show or if the guest departs early, the fee for the entire stay is owed.
Please inform us in a timely manner if you cannot make your trip.

Very well-developed hiking network with many marked trails. In the winter the nearby ski lift in St. Magdalena - very suitable for beginners and families - and the cross-country centre with perfectly groomed cross-country trails in town are particularly popular.
Getting there
From Brenner A22, take the exit in Val Pusteria, then continue to Bruneck, by the south bypass through the tunnel. Continue through Percha, past Olang until the roundabout at Welsberg.
From there, take the exit towards Gsiesertal, then continue to Pichl, St. Martin up to St.Magdalena. Turn right over the bridge and take the Pater Haspinger road.
Continue to the first farm on the left side of the road. Then you will have reached your goal.

Unseren diesjährigen Jahresurlaub verbrachten wir hier bei Familie Steinmair.
Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub, denn es fehlte an nichts.
Die Ferienwohnung war super sauber, alles was man für den täglichen Gebrauch benötigt, war vorhanden.
Mit viel Liebe ist die Wohnung eingerichtet und der Kaffee am Morgen, auf dem Balkon, mit dem wunderbaren Ausblick auf die Berge, liess uns super in den Tag starten.
Für Aktivurlauber ist mit zahlreichen Attraktionen gesorgt.
Perfekte Mischung zwischen Aktiv- und Erholungsurlaub.
Ein grosses Dankeschön an die Gastfamilie, die uns mit ihrem tollen Brötchenservice, Milch und weiteren eigenen Produkten unser Frühstück jeden Tag aufs Neue versüßten.
Auch für Tipps, Anregungen und einfach nette Gespräche waren sie jeder Zeit ansprechbar.

Wir verbrachten zum ersten Mal im Gsieser Tal unseren Sommerurlaub. Empfangen wurden wir von Marlene und Walter, einem absolut freundlichen und modernen Paar, mit ihrer sympathischen Art, die sich bis zum Ende unseres Urlaubes weiter bestätigt hat. Die Ferienwohnung Almenblick ist modern, hochwertig und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Aufgrund der Lage des Hofes auf 1400m ü.M. waren auch die heißen Tage und Nächte sehr angenehm. Es war ein gelungener Urlaub zum einen, weil das Gsieser Tal und das Umland viel schönes zu bieten hat, zum anderen der Hof, wo wirklich liebe Menschen wohnen, nicht zu vergessen, die Steinmairs Seniors. Vielen Dank.
