Cancellation policy
The Tenant may withdraw from the contract at any time. Withdrawal must be made in writing. In case of withdrawal, the Tenant must reimburse the Landlord for damage in the following amounts:
• In case of withdrawal within 60 days before the beginning of the stay, 30% of the total price,
• In case of withdrawal between the 59th and the 30th day before the beginning of the stay, 50 % of the total price,
• In case of withdrawal between the 29th day and the day before the beginning of the stay, 80 % of the total price.
In any case, the legally valid date will be that in which the withdrawal was notified. Amounts already paid will be taken into account. A replacement person may be indicated, who will enter into the conditions of the contract. To this end, notice in writing will be sufficient. In this case, a 60.00 € commission for changing the booking may be charged.

Holiday destination
San Marco d'Alunzio is a typical Sicilian village that towers 540 metres above sea level. In the narrow streets of the village you will find small shops, ice-cream parlours, bars and various restaurants.
The nature reserve Nebrodi offers hikers a wide variety of wonderful hiking routes along lush forests, small lakes and beautiful torrents. The centuries-old farming and shepherding culture is still reflected today in numerous handicraft products.
The Aeolian Islands are a highly recommended destination. Whether a round trip around the active volcanic island Stromboli, a mud bath on the island Vulcano or a shopping tour on the island Lipari, the Aeolian Islands will fascinate you.
Getting there
We recommend the airport of Palermo or the airport of Catania. On the motorway A20 Messina-Palermo please take the exit "Rocca di Caprileone" or "Sant Agatha di Militello". The meeting point is the "Bar @ Tiffany" in San Marco d'Alunzio. Here the owner of the villa will be waiting for you and will accompany you to Villa Nebrodi.
