If you cancel up to 11 weeks before the start of the trip, cancellation fees of 15% of the total price will be incurred, if you cancel during the 10th to 8th week, 30%, during the 7th to 4th week, 50%, and if you cancel thereafter, 95%.

The holiday apartment on the vineyard is scenically situated in a peaceful hillside location in the center of the Aso Valley, where beautiful walks in the surroundings are inviting, and bicycles can be rented.
Visit the ancient monasteries, churches, and castles; the Sibillini Mountains National Park (about 30 km) or the beaches of the Adriatic Sea (about 24 km) can be reached in approximately 20 minutes by car.
The vineyard with its own winery produces excellent white and red wines, which can be tasted and purchased by guests.
The small, grown old town of Montalto delle Marche with its city walls and cathedral is 6 km away, a local restaurant and shop about 900 m, and the equally ancient and famous provincial capital Ascoli Piceno is about 40 km away.
