Set in the best panoramic location on a lush garden property (beautiful Mediterranean ornamental plants, jasmine, bougainvillea...), there is an impressive and very well-maintained villa with this stunning panoramic penthouse.
The sea and the sandy beach of Porto Alabe, which is bordered to the south by a small peninsula with a coastal watchtower, are about 400 m away, at an elevation of 30 m.
Small shops (a small grocery store is only about 100 m away) and eateries (seasonal operation) are also available in Porto Alabe. Along the coast, there are many small coves and larger beaches near Bosa, a picturesque old town.
