Booking conditions
For the confirmation of any reservation it is requested a deposit sent by banking transfer or credit card:
- for short stays (1-3 nights): deposit equivalent to one night stay.
- for long stays (more than 3 nights): deposit equivalent to the 30% of the total due.
Payment
The payment of the total amount due must be done on the arrival day.

The total cost of the stay (as reserved) must be paid even in case of postponed arrival or of anticipated departure.

Holiday destination
It is settled in the heart of Tuscany, between the coast of Marina di Grosseto and the sea of Castiglione della Pescaia, a region with an important history, which still preserves traditions and rural attractions and offers visitors the chance to taste typical recipes made in Maremma.
A few kilometres far there is the beautiful area of Monte Argentario, with popular places as Ercole harbor and Santo Stefano harbour, surrounded by the beautiful sea that separates it from Giglio island.
Getting there
From Livorno and Rome free highway Roma/Grosseto (s.s 1 Aurelia) exit to Grosseto Nord. Turn left direction Grosseto Centro.
From Florence free highway Siena/Grosseto (s.s. 223). It arrives to Grosseto to take to the S.S.1 Aurelia Livorno direction to you and to exit to Grosseto North. Turn left direction Grosseto Centro.
In both cases after about 2,5 km turn right for Marina di Grosseto. After about 500 mt. turn right for Marina di Grosseto. After approximately 1 km. turn right, go straight for 500 mt. and turn left direction Marina di Grosseto (S.P. 80 Pollino). Cover 7 km. and turn right in Vicinale Squadre 1 street. After 50 mt. turn left, to cover approximately 300 mt and to turn on the left in the street between the two cypresses.
